Associate Director, Continuing Medical Education

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION – ATLANTAResponsibilities•Accountable for and over sees the day-to-day operations of CAHE’s ACCME Accredited and ACPE Accredited provider units.
•Assist Senior Director in development and maintenance of department policies, processes, procedures and training to improve quality and compliance of all continuing education activities.
•Work collaboratively with all departments to create high-quality live, print and electronic enduring materials as well as Internet-based CME.
•Manage the continued development of CAHE’s website, CAHE.com, as well as the post-activity outcomes measurement system.
•Ability to develop relationships and opportunities that could lead to new business.What we can offer?

REQUIREMENTS
Experience and qualifications•A bachelor’s degree (in health care or health education preferable) and ideally a master’s degree in the life sciences.
•At least five years experience in the administrative aspects of CME or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
•An excellent understanding of ACCME, AMA, ACPE, ANCC, PhRMA and OIG guidelines.
•Experience with obtaining initial ACCME/ACPE/ANCC provider unit accreditation.
•Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
•General computer literacy required with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office.Competencies
