Area Sales Director -CV & General Surgery Devices-Midwest Region

Managing 7-8 sales reps who are selling ligations systems to include single and multiple clip appliers and both metal and absorbable ligating clips. Also selling a line of skin staplers and cardiovascular sutures and an open heart stabilization products. Sales reps also sell a complete line of surgical instruments to include container systems, optical forceps, CircuTract retractors, XenaLight and Xenon products and CVT punches.Territory is states of Illinois, Wisconsin,Michigan, Nebraska,Kansas, and Indiana. 3 nights per week out on average.
REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years of proven surgical sales experience with 2-4 years of previous sales management experience in surgical products sales with a strong emphasis in surgical instruments and/or surgical devices would be ideal. Must possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm with documented top performance achievements from previous employers. Strong established relationships with current customers in the territory or region. Experience in managing contracts and have exposure in working with distributors. BA/BS degree required and computer literacy with including Windows, Word and Excel. No more that 2 jobs in the past five years.
