Application Scientist - Mid Atlantic Territory

The Role:

We are looking for an individual with strong presentation skills and in-depth knowledge of GPCR and kinases, or the educational background to come up to speed quickly, to provide applications support and training on our Drug Discovery Instruments. In particular, the ability to assist with assay development at our customers’ site will be a key to success. You should be comfortable communicating via phone, email, WebEx and as well as in formal training programs and product demonstrations. The understanding of real-world customer needs gained in this role will be an important source of feedback for our new product development teams.
REQUIREMENTS
An undergraduate degree in Cell Biology, or equivalent.

3 years hands-on experience as an Application Scientist and solid knowledge of FLIPR preferred.

Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and presentation skills required.

Ability to travel overnight 30%
