CONSULTANT
(Emerging Markets)
We are currently seeking successful mortgage sales professionals with experience in the Emerging Markets consumer segment (including ethnically diverse homebuyers, low-to-moderate borrowers and first-time buyers).

SKILLS:
• Strong customer service, sales and marketing skills
• Established builder relationships
• PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use database marketing
• Bi-lingual language skills a plus!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years mortgage industry experience working with Realtors, builders and/or other strategic business partners
• Mortgage industry experience specific to low-to-moderate homebuyers, first-time homebuyers and ethnic minority communities with proven sales track record
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with the ability to meet production standards established by region or branch with a minimum of $6M per year in origination - predominantly purchases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate programs, loan terms, features, policies and benefits to customers and strategic business partners. Email resume:
