Originating loans from provided leads and managing them to funding.

Corresponding with/or interviewing applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.

Examining, evaluating, authorizing and/or recommending approval of customer applications for residential real estate loan.

Compiling loan package and facilitating negotiation of loan structure with applicant, including fees, loan repayment options and other credit terms

1-2 years experience in retail non-prime mortgage lending preferred.
