Women and Company Regional Sales Manager

Execute sales strategies designed to help the financial professionals across Citigroup introduce the Women and Company Membership program to their clients. Conduct individual meetings and training for branch personnel and various channel product partners. Support client seminars in delivering presentations on financial education specifically designed to address the issues that are unique to women.
REQUIREMENTS


Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills, an aptitude for sales and presentation skills are integral to being successful in the position.

Previous work experience within the retail bank and/or brokerage environment is preferred.



BA/BS degree is required.



The ability to communicate persuasively and professionally with FAs and Senior Managers is required.
