Wholesale Regional Managers will perform strategic planning, marketing, and design of sales campaigns to meet sales goals and to manage Account Executives (AE’s) and ensure sales goals are met. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, directing work and managing performance. Other duties may be assigned. This position will report directly to Jim Zarnowski, Senior Vice President - Wholesale Mortgage Lending.

Job Description:
Plan, develop, implement, and manage sales campaigns for AE’s
Set regional goals for the number of loan submissions for each day, week, and month for individual AE’s
Assist the AE’s with product knowledge of Liberty’s lending guidelines to enable them to advise brokers regarding what level of documentation to use, and which program is best for each individual situation
Work closely with the VP of Operations to assist in evaluating the customer service levels of each AE and to respond to special loan questions that cannot be answered by AE's
Critique documents in a loan file as necessary for their completeness and compliance to Liberty’s guidelines
Arrange and attend trade shows for local and state associations
Review daily and monthly production reports in a timely manner and prepare appropriate sales action
Maintain copies of AE call logs and document successes and challenges
REQUIREMENTS
Internal Relations: Successful candidate will be able to effectively interact with management, processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing staff.

Position Specifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required
Five years wholesale sales experience is required, including three years supervisory or managerial experience of a group of sales people
Must have an in-depth knowledge of A, Alt A and subprime loan products and residential lending practices
Exceptional management, coaching, and mentoring skills
