Wholesale Loan Admin 2

Responsible for reviewing, documenting, closing, and disbursing commercial real estate loans including construction, acquisition, lines of credit, and multi property transactions. Functions include: reviewing moderately complex legal, appraisal and title information; preparing loan documentation; coordinating loan closing; initiating loan closing disbursement; ensuring all files and procedures are in compliance with government regulations and Bank policies; ensuring integrity of post closing follow up and data housed on system of record; conducting periodic audits of loan files; may provide training and guidance to less experienced loan administrators.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail orientation a must; analytical, organizational and systems know-how must be strong; effective microsoft word and excel abilities; must be able to work well under pressure, be a team-player and provide exemplary and consistent customer service to our clients; effective multi tasking extremely helpful.
Minimum Experience: 5 - 7 years in applicable field.
* Preferred Skills:Familiarity with commercial real estate documentation; and hands on experience with complex loan accounting systems and working with multiple systems.
