Obtains and prepares loan documents, credit documents, appraisals, etc., to complete loan files. Verifies for accuracy and completeness. Maintains and updates records and files for processing of each loan; performs data entry. Packages loan files after closing; posts payments. May prepare credit reports and/or purchase contracts. May handle incoming phone calls at the store. Operates cash drawer, prepares bank deposits, pays store bills and handles petty cash.
