WORKOUT SPECIALIST- COMMERCIAL COLLECTIONS

Client company is currently one of the premier super community banks in the Midwest in the hunt for a Workout Specialist/Commercial Collector. The bank has an excellent reputation throughout the Midwest and has done nothing but grow it's Commercial Real Estate Portfolio for years. Unfortunately some of those loans have fallen into delinquency and we need an excellent workout candidate to help rectify the portfolio!

The bank is a premier Commercial Real Estate Lender who has a large branch presence with outstanding name recognition. We're looking for candidates to do the following:

--Review loan files for documentation
--Figure out if bank should foreclose/contact an attorney
--Configure payment plans for delinquent clients
--Arrange appraisals
--Conduct site visits to see viability of property
--Commercial collection calls on commercial real estate loans
REQUIREMENTS
The bank is looking for candidates to have the following:
--Commercial Real Estate foreclosure experience
--SBA foreclosure experience
--Commercial Credit experience or training
--At least one year working as a Commercial Collector or Workout specialist in a bank or Finance company
