We are looking for Wholesale Executives with strong Sub-prime, Alt A, and Jumbo product knowledge all over Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, and California - Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Orange County.

Qualifications
2 years + of successful Wholesale Mortgage sales experienceRelevant book of business is a plusProven successful track record of production in a Wholesale Lending capacityPrefer Sub-prime, Alt A, and Jumbo product experienceKnowledge in state laws and federal regulationsAbility to maintain and develop Broker relationships a plusStrong verbal and written skills, and extremely self motivated to succeedExcellent interpersonal communicationComputer experience and Superior organization skillsDesire to excel in wholesale lendingDemonstrate professionalism at all times
