Position Summary

Mobiloil Federal Credit Union, with assets approaching $250 million, located in Beaumont, Texas, is seeking an accomplished lender to direct all aspects of their lending and collections operations. This individual will oversee a diverse portfolio of consumer and real estate loans and be charged with leading the organization in the development and implementation of new and innovative loan products and services. Responsibilities will involve enhancing and maintaining underwriting guidelines and loan policy, overseeing loan servicing functions and developing a small business lending operation. Successful candidate will be a member of the senior management team and participate in strategic planning sessions.

Compensation
A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of risk- based lending, indirect lending and secondary marketing is essential. Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills are paramount and business lending experience is desirable. Five plus years of experience managing a lending operation within the financial services industry is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
