Vice President - Mortgage Analysis

A nationwide mortgage company is seeking an executive minded VP to further develop and manage their reporting and data analysis division in the service department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage a staff of analysts in creating and reviewing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports utilizing MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Identify key performance indicators in collaboration with other department managers.
Create and update production volume and quality reports.
Assist or lead the Servicing Dept in special projects.
Provide prompt professional service to all internal and external customers while developing a cooperative relationship with them.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance OR equivalent work experience.
5 years related experience working with MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint within a Mortgage banking environment.
10 years of mortgage banking experience, preferably in a management reporting function.
Knowledge of servicing operations and servicing portfolio charateristics.
5+ years in Management
MS Access knowledge creating queries, tables, reports, macros, etc.
Experience with general database creation and maintenance.
Ability to communicate effectively among various departments and with external contacts.
