Position Summary

With assets just over $250 million, Valley First Credit Union is seeking an accomplished lender to plan and direct all aspects of the lending and collection operations. Ideal candidate will oversee a diverse loan portfolio consisting of consumer, real estate, and credit cards. Knowledge of risk based lending/pricing, and selling/servicing to the secondary market is preferred. This individual will have a key role in the strategic planning process.

Compensation

A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills are a must. Five to seven years experience within the credit union industry required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
