Compensation

A compensation package consisting of base salary and benefits will be structured to meet the needs of the right candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have five plus years of experience managing an IT operation within a financial institution, a proven ability to implement and integrate new technologies, and strong coaching and mentoring skills ensuring staff development. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
