Vendor Management Payment Cards

Major Accountabilities:

Directs vendors to ensure they are providing all services according to acceptable service levels. Develops and coordinates vendor implementation plans. Uses subject matter expertise to ensure the successful delivery of vendor responsibilities for implementation of new programs and enhancements to existing programs. Assists with negotiation of vendor contracts and statements of work. Assists with resolution of customer complaints/ issues, including identification and resolution of vendor related root causes. Make recommendations to improve and implement customer-focused vendor processes. Participates in regional strategic and product development effort. Assist with training of vendors. Works closely with Cardholder Services sales force, Global Products, and Global Sales Force to support GKA¡¿s and RKA¡¿s requirements.
Incumbent is responsible for the following:

Assists in designing and developing strategies and programs.
Assists with negotiation of vendor contracts and statements of work
Responsible for the day-to-day management of vendors
Reviews performance and ensures quality delivery of products or services
Monitors service levels
Reviews and coordinates required reporting
Develops and coordinates vendor implementation plans
Monitors vendor progress against project plans and expenses against budget
Provides vendor with program training as necessary
Coordinate monthly and quarterly regional vendor meetings
Coordinate quarterly individual vendor review meetings
Manage resolution of customer complaints/ issues
Identifies vendor related root causes
Makes recommendations to improve and implement customer-focused vendor processes
Manage Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Implement root cause analysis approach to problem solving
Support revenue-producing opportunities by ensuring vendors provide all contractually obligated services according to appropriate service levels.
Works with Product Development, Cardholder Services sales managers and vendors to support the development of the strategy, policies and goals around managing regional products or service offerings
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor¡s degree required, Masters preferred
Knowledge of the marketplace and clients¡¿ needs
Significant experience (5-10 years) in one or more of the following areas and/or functions:
