VP - STAFFING MANAGER

VP- Staffing Manager

We are looking for a high-level, highly visible personality that reports directly to the EVP Retail Branch Banking in a major metropolitan area with the friendliness of a small, western city.

The perfect incumbent:
- would have frequent interface with the President and CEO as well as the CFO.
- works closely with Regional Presidents, Operations Manager, Branch Managers and Customer Service Managers to assure that strong service levels are delivered throughout all branches with effective staffing and scheduling.
- oversees the staffing model of 136 branches, with growth plans for additional 30 branches over next five years
- is responsible for executing the banks staffing programs, working closely with vendors and auditors
- develops short and long-range strategic staffing plans
- recommends and approves FTE requests
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years directly related experience. Expert knowledge as a generalist or specialist of staffing models and analysis. Must have excellent communication, organizational, customer service, technical and analysis skills. Experience with GMT Planet or DMOS required. Banking background a plus.
