Vice President, Risk ManagementIn this role, the chosen candidate will provide direction and leadership in managing Countrywide Warehouse Lending’s risk exposure on risk management and compliance matters, along with managing and overseeing the Compliance department to ensure that day-to-day credit issues for customers are resolved in a timely manner. Key functions will include establishing and enforcing compliance guidelines in conjunction with Senior Management, approving short-term temporary credit increases based on prescribed guidelines, and making recommendations and prioritizing system changes to improve
workflow and streamline processes. This position will also be relied on to supervise, motivate, train, develop and evaluate a professional staff.Requirements:

College degree preferred.

Extensive mortgage banking or warehouse lending experience.

Management skills and ability to work with a team.

Demonstrated ability to find facts in a complex situation.

Hard working and diligent.

Extremely detailed oriented.

Advanced personal computer skills.

Superior communication skills.
