The VP HELOC/ARMS Manager is responsible for this division and reports directly to the SVP Loan Administration Manager. This manager is responsible for the operating performance of the division to ensure rate changes are processed according to the terms of each loan and that rates are updated and effectively monitored. Directs all operations for the Columbus HELOC/Adjustable Rate and Special Loan Department while having oversight responsibilities for India Off-shore activities. Establishes specific performance standards for all employees within the department and ensures those standards are met. Specifically directs the daily management of rate changes to HELOC and Adjustable Rate Loans. Ensures all changes are correctly interpreted and added to the correct data field within the Fidelity system. Ensures that all adjustable rate change notices are mailed to customers timely and that the monthly HELOC billing statements are prepared and promptly mailed to each customer. Controls compliance management and develops new processes in conjunction with the Legal and Compliance Departments. Develops and administers annual operating budget, performs salary planning and administration. Identifies and implements changes to operating policy, technology, employee training requirements, industry protocol and staffing requirements. Ensures that new HELOC and Adjustable Rate Loan Products are correctly migrated into the Servicing process.Essential Skills
8 to 10 years HELOC Mortgage Servicing Experience, 8 to 10 years in a management or supervisor position. Bachelor degree in Finance or related field required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organizational skills.Job Requirements
