VP, Finance & Strategy

Vice President, Finance and StrategyThis position is primarily responsible for supporting the production units' financial and strategic planning processes with respect to implementing the business units’ short- and long-term plans. Key functions include managing the process for general analysis and reporting, asset product development and diversification, asset acquisition, portfolio maximization, asset and liabilities pricing, budgeting and forecasting. The Vice President will also be relied on to lead the design and/or implementation teams to manage the business units' financial procedures, internal controls, and accounting practices, in addition to ensuring that they are consistent with overall company objectives. Other duties include ensuring that all business units understand and exhibit a clear commitment to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate policies and procedures.Requirements:

5+ years of experience.

CPA or Master’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred.

Knowledge of all generally accepted accounting practices.

Specific knowledge of banking regulations, finance, accounting, financial systems, analysis, and reporting.

Strong computer skills, to include proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, database development and maintenance, and accounting and front-end systems.
