REQUIREMENTS
Background Requirements/ Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years progressive relevant commercial lending experience.

· BS, BA or BBA Degree preferred.

· Credit Underwriting and Sales

· Strong business development, credit risk assessment and transaction structuring skills.

· Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multi-dimensional thinking skills.
