Midwest Bank and Trust Company has an opening for a Universal Banker at the Inverness Banking Center. All qualified employees wishing to be considered for this position should submit an Expression of Interest (form attached) to Human Resources.

$1,000 REFERRAL BONUS: We are also accepting referrals for this position in the event we are unable to fill it through internal interest. Bonuses are paid upon the employee’s satisfactory completion of 1 year of employment.

Duties:
Handles the opening, servicing and closing of a variety of accounts such as checking and savings. Cross-sells bank products and services. Resolves customer account problems. With training, will handle fixed annuity sales and consumer lending. Handles additional projects as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:
One to three years of previous CSR experience
Focused on excellence in customer service and sales
Relationship building skills
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Good mathematical aptitude and attention to detail to facilitate daily balancing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable about bank products
Professional image
Dependable
