You as an Underwriter II will -


Be responsible for the evaluation, analysis of loan risks and underwrites loans using sound credit judgment while adhering to established credit guidelines.

Ensure the company's performance through the minimization of risk as well as the improvement of company's profit position.

Manage personal productivity in relation to capacity to ensure customer expectations are met.
Job Requirements
You and your skills -


High school education or equivalent

2-4 years college or equivalent experience preferred

This position requires 3-5 years of first mortgage underwriting experience.

Direct endorsement experience preferred

This position requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written, the ability to meet deadlines and manages multiple tasks. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
