The San Diego-based Company is engaged in the business of originating, servicing and selling residential mortgage loans that do not generally conform to the credit or other criteria established by the Fannie Mae and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. (Freddie Mac). Accredited’s loans are commonly referred to as nonconforming or “non-prime” mortgage loans.


We are seeking an Loan Servicing Specialist III to be responsible for the following:
Collect all loan servicing data from Investor Reporting/Collections and coordinate the transfer of loans with the new servicer.

Acts as a liaison to investors.

Coordinates transfer of sales.

Mails Goodbye Letters and Mortgagee Clause Letters.

Work with various investors in regards to investor related issues.

Verification of loans through Mortgage Electronic Registrations System.

Coordinates and packages all information to investors.

Performs data entry.

Cross-trains in all areas of loan servicing.
REQUIREMENTS
Two to four years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of loan servicing preferred.
Intermediate Skills in Excel spreadsheets and Word Processing.
Ability to solve practical problems regarding loan servicing.
