Trustee's Sale Processor

Trustee's Sale Processor In this role, the chosen candidate will be relied on to review and audit Trustee's Sale Guarantees for accuracy, in addition to correcting deficiencies and inputting data from the TSG into operating system. Responsibilities include processing 10-day and 30-day mailings; scheduling postings, publications and sales; and processing Notice of Sale mailings, including IRS mailings and international mail. Key functions will also include processing sub-by-code mailings, preparing damage disclaimers as required and acting as primary back up to New Order Technicians, which may include opening new orders or checking orders. Experienced Trustee's Sale Processors may be charged with assisting Trustee's Sale Officers with file audits. Other duties will include answering phones, filing, and performing other related duties as assigned.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Some college is a plus.

Some trustee or foreclosure processing experience is desired.

Loan service experience of any kind is a plus.

Ability to perform fairly continuous data entry for several hours each day.
