Trust Administrator Assistant IV

Assists Trust Administrators with cash management activities by monitoring cash flows of trust accounts. Prepares routine discretionary payment requests for Trust Administrator's Review. Identifies and resolves problems and discrepancies arising in account administration. Accompanies Trust Administrators to meetings with clients, attorneys, CPA. Prepares drafts of simple account related documents. Prepares and monitors close-out accounts. Participates in the training of junior administrator assistants.Job Requirements

Minimum of two years experience as a Trust Administrator Assistant III or equivalent related work experience required.
Previous Trust experience or knowledge of Trust terminology required.
Computer literacy required.
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Good analytical skills required.
Good organizational skills required.
Good basic math skills required.
Good time management skills required.
Good typing skills required.
