Trust Administrator

Responsible for managing and administering trusts, estates, SMAs and other fiduciary accounts. The position will be responsible for: providing quality service to accounts through thorough knowledge of each account; assessing governing documents for duties and risks; understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and policies; coordination of securities portfolio management with investment officer; management of real estate and/or agricultural property; interacting with legal and accounting professionals; managing distribution requests; and maintaining regular communication with beneficiaries as pertinent to each account. The position will broaden the range of bank services available to the client, as well as participate in new business development through outside sources and other bank officers.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to organize and prioritize work, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of Trust Rite Accounting System preferred.
