Treasury Operations - Cash Manager

We will be relocating to a downtown location at year end.POSITION SUMMARY: Currently, we have an excellent finance career opportunity available for a Cash Manager, Treasury Operations for Aon Warranty Group. This position will initially be located in Glenview before relocating to downtown Chicago. Responsible to perform significant cash management and treasury related duties with minimum supervision. This position will manage daily corporate liquidity, reporting to the Treasurer.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Reviews and manages the cash position of the organization daily

Ensures the maintenance of adequate funds through cash and other financial forecasts to meet outstanding and planned commitments

Acts as primary interface with internal departments, orchestrating business unit approvals and bank coordination

Oversees all analytical and implementation activities in coordination with Bank Administration

Functions as the primary leader of key strategic cash management initiatives

Supports special projects as requested
Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of treasury operation or bank relationship management

Advanced knowledge of cash management, accounting, and banking systems

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels within the corporation

Ability to apply consultative approach and general consulting practices

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs related to field

Proven leadership abilities, including flexibility, creativity, and team-oriented

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and lead projects; process-driven

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project and Visio ProjectREQUIRED EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:
