Treasury Manager

The Treasury Manager will work in the treasury department and have interaction with external parties as well as internal interaction with the tax and accounting departments and international business units. The successful candidate will be involved in the evaluation, development and delivery of treasury solutions that impact strategy, process, and policy in the areas of global treasury and financial risk management.

Responsibilities include the following:

Manage foreign exchange hedging program.
Manage the company's investment portfolios including duration and strategy.
Perform treasury related accounting specifically as it relates to investments and foreign exchange.
Assist in tracking and managing the company's inter-company accounts, including documentation and payments of loans.
Help manage treasury's control environment including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Ensure compliance with all related current company and accounting guidelines.
Assist with the risk management program, including renewals, claims, broker relationships, and other insurance work as necessary.
Conduct special projects as required.
Perform management reporting as needed.
Lead in the development and management of treasury policies and procedures.
Be involved with all treasury functions including banking, foreign exchange, cash forecasting, systems, inter-company loans, cash management, capital structure, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, etc. on a domestic and an international basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum five years Treasury experience.
Accounting experience a plus.
Bachelor's Degree finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
CTP and/or CPA desirable.
Working knowledge of related GAAP and financial principles.
Specific knowledge of worldwide capital markets, currency markets, investing, hedging and economic principles.
Excellent financial, analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent computer skills are required: proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion and office productivity software a must. Experience with treasury software a plus.
