About The Company Well known fortune 500 financial services company Seeking an experienced professional to be a key member of our Treasury Compliance team which oversees Compliance and Operational Risk Management for all departments within Treasury (including Capital Markets, Trading, Strategy, Operations and Infrastructure) Responsibilities:Manage several of Treasury’s relationships with various internal and external compliance groups and regulatory bodies: Internal: Internal Audit, Business Risk Office, Sarbox Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management Asset Liability Compliance Office External: External Audit, Federal Reserve, Office of Thrift Supervisions Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), Financial Services Authority Office of the Comptroller of the CurrencyWork closely with senior leaders of internal departments on various compliance and/or risk management related efforts;Oversee numerous internal and external audits across all groups within Treasury;Play a key role on several Treasury-wide projects.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 year’s experience in regulatory /banking or large corporate compliance management role;Strong personality that can interface with internal and external partners;Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley management control;Experience with policy and procedure documentation management;Self-starter with ability to multitask.
