By combining your talent and our strengths, we can acheive great results.The UBS Investment Bank Residential Mortgage Trading Desk's Transaction Management group is looking for a Transaction Manager to participate in the purchase, sale, securitization and administration of residential mortgage loan portfolios. Responsibilities include assisting the Residential Mortgage Trading Desk and the rest of the Transaction Management group in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:? Participation in all facets of the closing process related to the purchase, sale of residential mortgage loans and servicing rights ? Review and negotiation of trade confirmations, purchase and sale agreements, servicing agreements, etc. ? Interaction with clients, legal counsel, due diligence, servicers, and document custodian during the management and coordination of the closing process ? REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in business or related field
Min. of 3 yrs. of Residential Mortgage experience (Contract Finance / Transaction Management experience required)
Understanding of mortgage loan purchase and sale agreements
Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong PC skills
Strong Excel skills
