REQUIREMENTS
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and terminate user accounts
Provide on-call support
Provide phone and email support
Write and Execute test plans for user acceptance testing
Support user acceptance testing for EasyWriter, BSAN , EasyPrice, and Pricing Admin
Create and maintain related bugs in Bugzilla
Manage & maintain enhancement and maintenance/support bugs
Develop training materials
Train users on Automated Underwriting software in person and via WebEx
Create and maintain training documentation
Support Branch Pricing and Corporate Rate Changes

SKILLS PREFERRED:

1-2 years Mortgage Underwriting experience
Previous training, testing and customer support experience
General computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
