Training Specialist I

Fidelity Information Services Norcross. GA office seeks the following: Training Specialist I

Job Description:

Facilitate dynamic, high quality classroom and web-based training for BancPac Deposits, TellerPlus and Ancillary Products
Facilitate classes at off-site location
Adapt training curriculum based on client needs
Provide post training follow-up as needed
Develop creative classroom activities using various techniques to enhance the student’s educational experience and reinforce major course objectives.
Participate in other projects as assigned



Education:
BA/BS
Undergraduate Degree

Minimum Requirements:
Practical knowledge of deposit banking functions
Outstanding Organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team setting
Flexible enough to thrive in a continually changing environment
Flexible schedule to accommodate travel and projects which may include evening and weekend
Ability to effectively and professionally manage diverse personalities
Requires approximately 50% travel
Possess creativity and the ability to think outside the box


Experience:
Required experience in the deposits/operations area in the banking industry.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
