Flagstar Bank is aggressively seeking a sales orient, dynamic individual to fill our Indianapolis, Indiana Regional Manager position.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated, sales-oriented individual to be responsible for the management and maximizing of banking center revenues, sales, customer satisfaction and employee development for multiple banking center locations. The ideal candidate will be required to achieve aggressive banking center and individual sales goals, develop, manage and utilize various sales techniques, use community prospecting and involvement to grow Flagstar Bank’s deposit and customer base. The successful candidate will have extensive working knowledge of deposit services, consumer lending and management services. Daily responsibilities are, but are not limited to, working with and coaching branch management to develop staff members, over-see staff adherence to bank policies and procedures as well as acting as a liaison between the banking centers and the other areas of the bank as well as daily coaching on actively marketing bank products to customers and potential customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Five to seven years of successful banking center management with a demonstrated record of achievement in sales and goal obtainment required. Employees work a non-traditional schedule including evenings and weekends. Experience handling complex customer relationships, staff development and developing new business is a requirement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, working in a team environment as well as working knowledge of computer applications required. Post high-school education or Bachelors degree preferred. To be considered for this position, the candidate must live or be willing to relocate to the Indianapolis, Indiana region within 90 days of accepting the position.
