Trade Support Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide the immediate support needed to all individuals in the trading areas of New York and Chicago in an effort to quickly resolve issues relating to trade comparison, OMS functionality, customer inquiries, and compliance.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

B7 Review and resolve or escalate trading inquiries

B7 Handle phone correspondence with market centers

B7 Work additional hours as necessary to respond issues that surround increased volumes

B7 Provide assistance to P&S area in resolving clearing issues

B7 Constant communication with OMS vendor regarding issues and requests

B7 Provide immediate assistance to MMb
REQUIREMENTSDemonstrated initiative in gaining knowledge and willingness to participate in departmental projects as assigned
Demonstrated organizational skills
Excellent judgment and problem solving skills required to handle and resolve risk items
Complete Understanding of E*Tradeb
Extensive knowledge relating to all aspects of Order management system, ACT, Bloomberg.
