·Direct sourcing experience·Strong networking expertise·Mortgage industry background A MUST·Prior background supporting nationwide positionsDescription:In this role you will attract top talent from the marketplace for this growing industry leader. You will:
·Identify, screen, interview (by phone or face to face) and present viable candidates to hiring managers·Support between 15 to 50 open requisitions at any given time·Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers·Work in a high energy, fun and team-oriented environment
