Monthly close and review of General Ledger
Overhead expense allocations and related reporting
Completion of the annual audits of BASP
Payroll Postings
Bonus Accrual
Compensation Forecast
Tax Accrual
Allocations
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Responsible for monthly internal management reporting including:
Expense analyses and forecasting
Overhead expense allocations forecasting and reporting



Title – Staff Accountant

Experience/Skills:
Accounting degree required
Public accounting experience preferred
Partnership accounting experience preferred

JD Edwards General Ledger experience preferred

1-3 years experience

Responsibilities

Bank Reconciliations
Fixed Assets
Responsible for monthly internal management reporting including:

Reporting - P/L by BASP SBU, AVB's, DOE, SMD Expense
Responsible for FSG JD Edwards maintenance



Title – Assistant Controller

Experience/Skills Required
Accounting degree and strong GAAP accounting knowledge is required
Strong analytical & interpersonal skills are required
Superior MS Excel skills are required
CPA or Public accounting experience preferred
Partnership accounting experience preferred
Budget and management reporting experience a plus
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are critical
High-energy, results-oriented individual with a real sense of urgency and commitment

7-10 years experience

Responsibilities:

Balance Sheet:
Cash Reconciliation
Applying cash to receivable balances
Journal entries
Inter-company Reconciliation and Settlement of outstanding balances
Balance Sheet review of relevant accounts

Income Statement:
Review of Overhead Allocations
Expense Analyses

Reporting:
Assist in the completion of numerous monthly and quarterly reports.
Extensive monthly analysis providing actual results and forecasts to the CFO and Senior Managing Directors in the Business Units.



Title – Consolidation, Accounting & Management Reporting – Accounting Manager

Experience/Skills:
Accounting Degree required
CPA license required
2+ years public accounting experience preferred
3+ years private company accounting experience preferred

Solid GAAP accounting and financial reporting knowledge required
Superior MS Excel and Word experience required
JD Edwards General Ledger experience preferred

Coordination and processing of Interest Rate Swaps
Responsible for monthly internal management reporting including:
Preparation of monthly product line P/L
Revenue analyses and forecasting
Expense analyses and forecasting
SMD income distribution calculation
SMD quarterly tax advance calculation
Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections
Managing the Revolving Credit Facility
Preparation of monthly Borrow Base Calculation
AIG Reporting
