Title Insurance Marketing Representative

Job Summary: To obtain title orders from outside the bank sources seeking a title insurance company to close the sale of real estate property, both residential and commercial.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Obtain Real Estate Sales Contracts or Refinance orders to be closed with Summit Title. 2. Develop client relationships with Realtors, Builders, Investors, Mortgage Brokers and Attorneys to promote Summit Title orders. 3. Work with Summit Title staff to assist in processing the contract. 4. Be responsible for any follow-up work related to specific transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:1. Must have High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong customer contact base of Realtors, Builders, mortgage brokers and attorneys. 3. Sales experience in Title Insurance Marketing with verifiable record. 4. Aggressive attitude; detail oriented; well organized; and personable. 5. 2-4 years of previous Title Insurance Marketing experience.
