ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Management Experience
Resolves title insurance issues
FLORIDA TITLE LICENSE IS A MUST
TITLE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
5 years experience REQUIRED
Bilingual an asset
Preparing closing documents
HUD's
Deeds
Mortgage packages, etc.
Prepare disbursement sheets
Perform closings
Clearing title, if necessary
Lantech knowledge an asset
Prior title or bank loan closing experience
Knowledge of closing packets
Reviews titles and all related documents to ensure completeness, Accuracy, and timeliness
Maintains contact with clients
