Title Clerk II

Responsible for processing Trustees Sale Guarantee orders. Assisting clients on the phone and via email in a very busy office where teamwork is a must. 1-2 years experience as a title clerk or office clerk/assistant is required. Primary duties include opening and distributing mail - email, processing benechecks, opening orders, searching properties for required documents using several different computer systems, following up with vendors for products ordered, reviewing products for quality, reviewing documents sent to record for compliance with state and investor guidelines, billing clients for products and services rendered, delivering products to clients via mail - email.Qualifications
One to two years of title insurance experience required. Working knowledge of Windows operating system, Internet explorer, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits
