CORESTAFF Services, a leading national staffing firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced Title Administrator for a client located in Westlake, TX. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity paying a market competitive salary.

Job Summary
The Title Administrator compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment by performing the following duties.

Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding of a title commitment and what is needed to clear liens, validate vesting and ensure that the loan is cleared to close within 12 calendar days of receipt.
Must be customer service oriented.
Must have excellent MS Office skills.
Six (6) to 12 months of industry experience required.
Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
