Time Clock Specialist & Treasury / Credit Assistant

Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., the 5th largest PEO in the nation, is seeking an experienced Time Clock Specialist and a Treasury and Credit Assistant for our Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC.The Time Clock Specialist duties include, but are not limited to:
Creating training material to simplify time clock software usage.Obtaining client rules for software implementation.Configuring software during initial implementation.Training client users in person and remotely using available web tools.Providing help desk support of in bound calls and emails.Establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients, agencies and co-workers to promote a quality service image.Following established guidelines, processes and procedures.Performing special projects as requested from supervisors.The Treasury and Credit Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the processing of Daily Bank Information.
Responsible for ACH Data Entry.
Assisting in the processing of Positive Pay exception items.
Responsible for Stop Payment.
Responsible for Check Verifications.
Assisting in the creation of daily Bank Deposits.
Assisting in the collection of Credit Reports and Credit References.
Assisting in the creation of Bank Draw Downs for payroll payment.
Assisting with the release of Payroll.
Assisting with the Posting of Payroll Checks to the general ledger.
Preparing ACH batches to collect billings.
Preparing and Sending Positive Pay reports to banks.
Performing other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and abilities required for Time Clock Specialist include:
A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and one to four years payroll processing experience and 3 years time and attendance application experience.
Computer Proficiency to include Typing, MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be detail oriented.Ability to work in a team environment.
Skills and abilities required for the Treasury and Credit Assistant include:
A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Particular technical expertise or knowledge with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, PSI, Treetab, Cost Calculator, Siebel, Monarch, and Adobe Acrobat Writer.
Must be flexible and diverse to handle many projects at once with the ability to maintain a strong attention to detail to detect errors and omission in information while continuing to meet deadlines.
