Teller and Loan Processor summary:

Our client, a well-known credit union in DC, is seeking a number of individuals for temporary-to-hire Teller and Loan Processor opportunities. All individuals must have good communication skills, be detail oriented, and have a customer service background. A background check will be required. This opportunity is a great chance for individuals looking for growth within a company.

Teller is responsible for:
Assisting customers with cash, check, and payment transactions.
Preparing official checks, money orders, savings bonds, and travelers checks, and will need to provide the best service to their customers.
These candidates will need at least a year of teller experience preferably using an XP System.Loan Processor is responsible for:
Interviewing and counseling members, both face-to-face, and over the phone.
Taking in equity mortgage loan applications and determining if the candidates are qualified.
Preparing loan closing instructions and determining amounts for disbursement.
This candidate will need at least 2 years of loan processing

REQUIREMENTS
Tellers will need at least 1 year experience as a teller.
Loan processor will need at least 2 years reviewing and processing loans.
