Teller / Personal Service Representatives

Performs all paying, receiving and collection functions. Cross trained in all areas of customer service and consistently provides the highest level of quality customer service. Makes referrals of customers to sales staff for cross selling of bank products and services. Accurately processes transactions, adheres to strict security measures and to strong balancing procedures. Depending on volume of work and size of branch a PSR may be assigned to a specific function; however, all PSRs are required to be fully cross trained in all transaction/operation/service functions.

REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent. Cash handling and customer service experience necessary. Prior Teller experience preferably. Must possess good communication skills and be able to handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
