JOB SUMMARY:
The First Tennessee Bank Teller is responsible for acknowledging our customers by name a minimum of 3 times during the Customers visit to the financial center lobby or motor bank. The teller should be proficient at accurately processing consumer and commercial transactions daily.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately and in a timely manner processes customer, non customer and employee’s transactions.
Accurately balance all cash, debits, credits, vaults, cash dispensers, ATMs, night bags, official items daily.
Pro actively recognizes and refers sales opportunities to the Financial Services Representative or other specialists supporting the Financial Center.
Pro actively assists with the day to day operations of the Financial Center ensuring that every customer has an
exceptional experience

Must be willing to work any shift (Full-Time) between branch hours of operation (M-F, 8am-6pm, Sat.9-1).
REQUIREMENTS
1.Must be a TEAM PLAYER, ACCOUNTABLE for his/her own actions, DETERMINED to be SUCCESSFUL, INTERESTED in the CUSTOMER, and ETHICAL.
2.At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
3.At least 1 year of customer service experience.
4.High School diploma or GED.
5.College course work a plus
6.Must be proficient in math and comfortable with operating a computer terminal and basic programs
