THE OPPORTUNITY:

Provident Community Bank has an open Teller position in Laurens, SC. The responsibilities include:

Responsible for balancing cash drawer daily.Process account deposits, withdrawals and loan payments as well as commercial night drop transactions.Responsible for cashing checks and complying with the Bank's Check Cashing and Data Processing Ethics & Associate Conduct Policy.Assist clients with account inquiries.Responsible for reporting large dollar transactions as required.To be alert for opportunities to present new products, refer clients to appropriate bank personnel, and use every opportunity to sell the Company's products and services outside the office.Convey a positive attitude towards others and treat clients in such a manner that they maintain a sense of loyalty to the Bank.Perform other job related duties as assigned by supervisor.BENEFITS:All premiums for Medical, Dental, Short term, Long term disability Insurance and Double salary life insurance are company paid for employee (family coverage extra)Paid vacationPaid holidaysSick leave401k.***PLEASE APPLY ON CAREERBUILDER.COM OR FAX TO (864)429-1866***
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.Ability to meet and deal with public in a professional manner.Operate automated and standard office equipment, such as keyboard, calculator and various computer software.
