Teller

Citadel’s Financial Service Representatives are a cornerstone in the development of banking relationships with our retail office customers. Our representatives are expected to handle customers’ financial transactions with the highest level of accuracy while delivering a positive banking experience.

Our Representatives use their knowledge of banking products to identify and sell to fulfill our customers’ needs. Citadel places a premium on providing a high level of customer service, and our retail office teams are expected to deliver on this pledge.

Our Financial Service Representatives interact with the public, and a high-level of professionalism and decorum is required for this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Accurately perform customers’ financial transactions by producing quality work.
Be knowledgeable of all financial services offered by Citadel.
Educate and provide customers with product and/or service information.
Recognize sales opportunities and fulfill customers’ current and future needs.
Initiate up-sell opportunities to increase and maintain long-term Citadel relationships.
Be proactive in recognizing and maintaining profitable households.
Maintain an awareness of competitors’ services.
Be self-motivated, confident, and assertive while handling heavy customer contact.
Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities while working in an office environment.
Communicate clearly and effectively in a variety of settings, both verbal and written.
Comply with Citadel’s operation and security procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma, or equivalency, required.
Cash handling experience and PC literacy required.
Six months to two years of retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
