What does a TELEPHONE BANKER do?
You'll serve as the telephone liaison of Chase Retail Banking; responsible for responding to customer inquiries relating to deposits, financial transactions, problem resolution, and evaluating customers' financial needs for sales opportunities. Our bankers provide prompt and accurate customer service by utilizing all available resources including bank computer software applications in a windows environment. Our TELEPHONE BANKERS thrive on being able to work in a fast paced, evolving, high volume, and structured environment.
Class Starting: October 16, 2006 (Must be able to train full time for 4 weeks M-F 8:30AM to 5:15PM)
Work Schedule: Starting shifts between 10-11am - 11am-12pm.

REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Min. 1 year of previous customer service/or sales experience. Keyboard literate. High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
