- Technical Management role in Websphere Portal Environment
2+ years Java/J2EE development experience.
Role is combination technical project management (50-70%), and hands-on Java/J2EE development (30-50%).
Good organization, leadership, communication skills, strong customer-facing skills
Technical leadership of team of up to 10 developers
Good process skills as regards SDLC activities (project planning, risk management, communication management)
PMP Certification desirable, but not a must-have
