AP DirectorGlobal multinational with operations in excess of 220 countries
Michael Page International is working with a dynamic global organization that is in need of a high caliber, motivated person that is able to lead an entire team. The AP Director needs to have experience overseeing large teams and have multiple years of experience in a supervisory role. The AP Director will also be responsible for the direct daily processing of accurate and timely payments to vendors and internal personnel. Additionally, there will be a need to assist in the development of and implementation of business strategies to enhance the group's performance at the lowest possible costs. The ultimate responsibility will be overseeing the general accounts payable disbursements group. This role is a Director level position.$100K+ depending upon experience levels and current salary expectations.Ref: 1140860
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, related field, or equivalent education.
10+ years experience in a related field.
At least 5 years experience in a supervisory or management role leading a department that includes multiple levels of supervisors and line employees.
Extensive experience in overseeing high transaction volume in a very fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
